We were on holiday with our grandchildren in Runswick Bay and had warning lights appear on the car's display, I contacted Mark by email and he replied very promptly offering to help us to get the car running properly to get us home to Derby. We drove to York in limp mode, Mark quickly assessed the problem, replaced a faulty sensor, cleared the DPF and cured the problem, in just over an hour at very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Mark.
